General Terms of Use (GTU) – ZeitMeister

Article 1: Scope and Acceptance

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter « GTU ») govern access to and use of the website https://zeit-meister-ai.com. The use of ZeitMeister's services is conditional upon the User's unreserved acceptance of these terms. The Platform reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time.

Article 2: Nature of Services (Execution Only)

ZeitMeister provides an AI-based technological interface for market data analysis.

  • 2.1. No Advice: ZeitMeister is neither a financial advisor nor an investment advisor. The data provided does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • 2.2. User's Responsibility: All analyses produced by the AI are provided for informational purposes only. The User assumes full responsibility for decisions made based on this information.

Article 3: Financial Risk Warning

The User acknowledges that:

  • Financial markets and digital assets are subject to extreme volatility.
  • The risk of total loss of invested capital is real.
  • Past performance or algorithmic simulations do not guarantee future results.

Article 4: Intellectual Property and Prohibited Uses

The entire Site, including proprietary algorithms, source codes, and graphical interfaces, belongs exclusively to ZeitMeister. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reverse engineering or data extraction (scraping) by automated systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or illicit activities.
  • Any reproduction of content without prior written authorization.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

ZeitMeister cannot be held responsible for:

  • Technical latencies, third-party data errors, or service interruptions for maintenance.
  • Indirect damages or financial losses related to the use of algorithms.
  • Force majeure events as defined by Art. 1218 of the Civil Code (cyberattacks, network outages, health crises, or government decisions).
Article 6: Indemnification

The User undertakes to indemnify ZeitMeister against any legal action or claim resulting from a violation of these GTU or fraudulent use of the service.

Article 7: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTU are subject to French Law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, France.
